Stage 1 : Needs and expected outcome analysis with and at the customer’s.
Stage 2 : Quotation describing the operation, and stating its length and forecasted cost.
Stage 3 : Onsite analysis by a technician, together with one or more systems.
or
Stage 3b : When required, onsite sample collection using tubes, and subsequent laboratory analysis.
Stage 4 : Production of a report with recommendations. An operation can last anything from 2 days up to 2 months or more, particularly if a seasonal, or production-trend-related, follow-up is required.
Whenever necessary, a confidentiality agreement is signed with the customer.
