Our analysis technique, well-known worldwide, relies on gas phase chromatography (GC) combined with mass spectrometry (MS). This technique allows both species counting and identification. Providing certain precautions are taken, identified species will be quantified.

EXPLORAIR’s gas analysis laboratory is equipped with 4 instruments based on this technique:
- 2 µGC/MS dedicated to VOC analysis on site for concentrations ranging from ppm level to 100%.
- 1 TD/FAST GC/MS for analysis of VOC traces and ultra traces on site (range : from 1 ppb to 100 ppm).
- 1 thermodésorbeur Markes/GC/MS, benchtop device, dedicated to VOC traces and ultra traces analysis after sampling on an adsorbant.

Our laboratory is also equipped with other types of analystical devices to respond analysis needs concerning:
Ozone on site and in the laboratory (range from 1 to 1000ppb)
NOx on site and in the laboratory (range from 1 to 1000ppb)
Particles size distribution (range from 0.25 to 30µm and from 1µg to 100mg/m³
